Pupil Voice and Leadership
PUPIL VOICE
At Clapham Manor Primary School and Nursery, we enable children the opportunity to ensure that their voices and opinions are heard. We aim to regularly engage pupil voice to make genuine improvements and ensure that our children know how their opinions have brought about change within our school, giving the children the opportunity to assist with improvements along the journey.
Pupils voice is gathered through arrange of methods such as pupil parliament, pupil voice surveys, learning walks and a pupil voice suggestion box. As a result, our children feel safe to share their opinions and viewpoints.
PUPIL LEADERSHIP
At Clapham Manor Primary School and Nursery, we actively promote pupil leadership opportunities, enabling the children to develop valuable communication and organisation skills.
We believe that providing pupils with key roles of responsibility is paramount to their development and learning experience.
We strive to craft confident and articulate leaders who can share their views to any audience and apply their leadership skills to real life situations.
We are moulding leaders of the future, ready for work, ready for the world.
We achieve this through various teams within the Pupil Leadership Team. Please click on the links below to read more about of our pupil leadership opportunities
